Phil has been a blessing for me personally and because of that he has blessed my family life and my ministry. He asks excellent questions to help me get to the bottom of my thoughts and feelings and easily helps me to see how those answers relate to whatever I am bringing to him that day. Phil is not afraid to challenge and not afraid of being challenged by some of my questions to him or different perspectives that I have from what he might be seeing. What I really appreciate about talking with Phil is that he’s a pastor in the Lutheran Church Missouri-Synod, a husband, and a father.
